chaos swirls around me

pressure builds

silence kills

what was good is bad

what was bad is good

what was fun is stressful

and what was stressful is now more so

the calm life I used to lead

now erupts in business

I have no time to sleep

I'm running on low

I skip dinner most days

too little time

too much to do

I feel the stress screaming

I close my eyes

hoping for rest

but rest ends too soon

can't slow down

the momentum is too much
