Marmite on thick toast
Warming, delicious, tasty
My favourite snack

Navel
There is a limit
To how much contemplation
I give my navel

Breakfast
Early bird watches
Then swoops down on the slow worm
Breakfast for its young

Broken
In my broken mind
A battle is raging for
My lost sanity

Protect
Allow my arms to
Enfold you and protect you
When you are afraid
