Feet
My two left feet stop
Me from being the dancer
I wanted to be

Fear
She cries too often:
A battered wife filled with fear
But too scared to leave.

Dad
He coos and gurgles:
Baby sounds that make me smile.
I love being dad!

Rain
Sudden downpour soaks
Us to the skin but we laugh
Crazily in love.

Kiss
Your kiss lingers long
On my lips and in my mind
Sensual and soft
