Smile
Every night she
Removes her smile and leaves it
Soaking in water

And in the morning
She gratefully returns it
To her toothless mouth

Litter
Ugly scars despoil
Roadside verges and hedgerows
Across the country

Ignorant people
Carelessly toss their rubbish
Anywhere they like

Why such laziness?
Our once green and pleasant land
Is not anymore

Comedian
His jokes cause laughter
To burst from smiling faces:
The sound of success.

Drag
Make-up applied and
Suitable clothes plus a wig
Turn him into her.

Bond
Suckling on a breast
Newborn infant and mother
Are bonded by love
