Don't you cry child.
This turmoil will blow over soon
So just dig deep and hold on
You will see the sun rise again.

It may be dark
It could be scary
Its probably cold
but thats okay.

I know its hard
to let go and trust
believe me I know its a mess.
but please know that somebody cares

These walls can collapse
Your foundation may crack
but don't think you're worthless
just because you're falling apart

Life is rough
but only you can say enough.
You alone hold the keys
not me or anyone else.
So only you can choose to be free
Those that stand by you are there to help
but don't think they will do it all.
