Your phone blew up,
But who from?
Some person with a name,
Not mine.
She was saying these things like:
Come over tonight,
He's not around,
or,
He's out of town.
There were these pictures,
They were graphic and bare,
The nudity in them,
For I could not compare,
A body so perfect,
Hot tears fell,
Angry rage through me,
For what should I do?
All these years,
I thought you were mine,
But I was replaced,
For I was forgotten,
By a girl named Sarah-Charlotte.
You came in suprised,
For now you knew your act was up,
Your charade was over,
I was filled with rage,
Time to turn a new page,
How could you?
Why would you?
But she was perfect,
For I was not.
So here you leave me,
To be forgot,
In a sea of forgiveness,
Here I am sinking,
In a sea of broken promises.
